Welcome to Laurinburg and Scotland County!!!

Scotland County Parks and Recreation is excited and pleased to host the 2018 North Carolina Dixie Softball State Tournament at the Morgan Complex in Laurinburg, North Carolina from Friday, July 13 through Wednesday, July 18, 2018.

Our staff has worked with many local volunteers to help make this a great experience for everyone involved. While you are here, we hope you are able to join our community after the opening ceremonies for the Laurinburg After Five Concert series.  The concert will feature live beach music, vendors and games.  We will also have the "Splash Pad" open all tournament long to help the players and siblings cool off.

We have worked with our local Tourism organization to secure hotel rooms for the teams and Dixie Softball officials.  There is a wide selection to choose from.  We have also have a wide selection of restaurants located near the park, and have worked with many of them to provide player and family discounts.  Click here for Hotel and Dining options.
